I love the jacket. The custom job on the product alone is a great job. But what really impressed me more than the top-notch product was the customer service (no, service doesn't do it justice), customer care, and communication throughout the process.
When I placed my order, Custom Letterman (CL) reached out within hours of my order. Hours!
CL reached out with questions regarding my custom images. An oversight on my part was rectified before the job had started, which, by my own designs, would have otherwise ruined what I thought were good image uploads.
CL not only reached out to understand what I wanted but also offered multiple solutions.
CL made me feel like my order was a top priority with the speed they responded to my emails when I had questions and / or concerns.
I am very impressed with the quality job and the excellent customer care given. I'm definitely buying from them again.
The jackets are great quality and I will definitely be ordering more for my family.
