My High School Letterman Jacket

I've always wished I had my old high school football jacket. Thanks to Custom Letterman. I now have a replica of it. It's no quite the same, but pretty dam close. The colors are vibrant and the same as my high school colors. The embroidering on the letter and numbers are a little different but I like it. The Jacket has a regular inside pocket and one for you phone letter plus two outside pockets. I'm completely satisfied with it. Thanks Custom Letterman. A big shout out to Hammad. He walked me through the process and sent the final layout before I made my purchase. Thanks Hammad.

The stitching is perfect and the fit the embroidery is almost 3d I couldn’t believe I was looking at it on a jacket . They really do a great job professional job and clear customer service and fast turnaround around time .

Custom Varsity Jacket

I ordered a custom varsity jacket for the first time, and when I received my product, at the very first glance I was impressed. I took it out the package and inspected it and was truly happy at the craftsmanship. It was exactly how I designed it to be. The only thing was, is when I tried it on, it wasn't a true to size fit. I'm a bigger sized man (6'5" at 360 lbs) and usually my 4XLT clothes in any other products fit fine. At the same time on a separate order, I ordered 3 hoodies and a t-shirt from a fund raiser and that's how I got the idea to have a jacket customized. So waiting on my clothes I went ahead and ordered this jacket at the same time. So now i realized i should've waited 1st. When my hoodies and t-shirt arrived, they were off about a size. But this particular jacket was off about 2 sizes. I won't necessarily blame anyone but myself for double checking their size chart, so I can't be all that mad. When I reached out to them to order my 2nd jacket (because I just had to have another one that fit this time) the customer service representatives was so kind, helpful and professional. They really are trying to ensure my next jacket is perfect. So I'm still waiting on the 2nd one, and the first one I ordered I'm going to keep and just work at losing a few pounds because it came out so beautifully (other than it's size). Thank you all again for your help. I will add this, because I'm putting my faith and spending good hard earned dollars (about $700 so far) in supporting this company, I would appreciate a discount on my next order as a valued customer who put his trust in you guys. Thanks again.
