Order Processing Time (Handling Time): The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies depending on the type of product ordered:
- Plain Jackets (Individual Orders): 5–6 working days.
- Custom Jackets: 10–14 working days (depending on the complexity of customization).
- Bulk Orders: Processing time for bulk orders is determined by quantity and customization requirements. Please Contact Us for a specific timeline regarding bulk shipments.
- Note: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Transit Time & Delivery Estimates:
Once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, the estimated travel time is as follows:
Shipping Method: Standard (DHL, FedEx, or UPS)
Estimated Transit Time: 4–6 Working Days
Shipping Cost: FREE
Total Estimated Delivery Time:
i. Plain/Blank Jackets: 9–12 working days.
ii. Custom Jackets: 14–20 working days
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has officially shipped. The tracking number will typically become active within 24–48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
While Custom Letterman provides Free Shipping, please be advised that:
- Import duties, taxes, and secondary customs charges are not included in the item price.
- These charges are the buyer's responsibility according to your Country’s specific import laws.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
Shipping Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
