Custom Varsity Jacket

I did the design on a whim, with little to no computer skills and low expectations. The outcome and final product was perfect! I would order more if the price was more competitive, other then price it’s a great service with great results. Highly recommend!

I was glad to have a lower cost option, as the Jostens jackets are so expensive. I did choose the lighter fabric as opposed to the wool, so that might be part of it as well. My older kids have the more expensive jackets, so I can tell the difference. The embroidery on the back is not as nice. Pretty good jacket for the cost.

I am extremely happy with how this jacket turned out. My kid was so excited and truly loved it. I really appreciate that the company was able to work with the images I provided, even though the picture quality wasn’t great. The end result was beautiful and exceeded my expectations—and the price was well worth every penny spent. I will definitely be ordering again!

These jackets are perfect in every way! Really nice lining with extra pockets, sturdy material with great texture. Will definitely be ordering more!

I ordered a custom varsity jacket for the first time, and when I received my product, at the very first glance I was impressed. I took it out the package and inspected it and was truly happy at the craftsmanship. It was exactly how I designed it to be. The only thing was, is when I tried it on, it wasn't a true to size fit. I'm a bigger sized man (6'5" at 360 lbs) and usually my 4XLT clothes in any other products fit fine. At the same time on a separate order, I ordered 3 hoodies and a t-shirt from a fund raiser and that's how I got the idea to have a jacket customized. So waiting on my clothes I went ahead and ordered this jacket at the same time. So now i realized i should've waited 1st. When my hoodies and t-shirt arrived, they were off about a size. But this particular jacket was off about 2 sizes. I won't necessarily blame anyone but myself for double checking their size chart, so I can't be all that mad. When I reached out to them to order my 2nd jacket (because I just had to have another one that fit this time) the customer service representatives was so kind, helpful and professional. They really are trying to ensure my next jacket is perfect. So I'm still waiting on the 2nd one, and the first one I ordered I'm going to keep and just work at losing a few pounds because it came out so beautifully (other than it's size). Thank you all again for your help. I will add this, because I'm putting my faith and spending good hard earned dollars (about $700 so far) in supporting this company, I would appreciate a discount on my next order as a valued customer who put his trust in you guys. I had a vision for a custom letterman jacket for my birthday but was last minute with trying to place an order. I came across Custom Letterman literally 1 week before I needed the jacket. I honestly wasn’t hopeful that any company could produce my jacket with so little time. I saw on the website that there was a WhatsApp number that I could use to contact someone. I spoke with Hammad who was very kind from the moment I reached out. When I told him when I would need the jacket, he talked with his team to see how quickly they could make and ship my order. He told me he could get it to me within a week if I got my order in ASAP. So I placed my order that same day. He sent me mock ups with edits I asked for. 2 days later, my jacket was completed and Hanmad sent me pictures of it. The jacket got to me within a week, as promised and looked great! I got so many compliments!

Any questions or modifications that I had he made sure that they were attended to and it was always a quick response and when it was time to ship, he kept me updated with the shipping couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

It was easy and great working with Hammad to design my custom letterman jacket. Hammad was responsive and kind! It shipped and arrived well in advance of the date I told Hammad I needed it by. However, there were additional import fees I had to pay in order to receive the package. For context, I live in Ontario, Canada. The jacket came exactly as I ordered it! There was a small issue with in one of the embroidered letters on the back where it looks like the thread pulled a bit, and a tiny nick in the genuine leather sleeve, but both are only noticeable if you look closely. All in all, I was able to give it as a gift to someone and they absolutely loved it! Great quality!
