I wrote a review 4/10/25 and want to revise my review. Custom Letterman got back to me and showed amazing customer service fixing my daughters jacket. We are very pleased with the coat and the quality of it! Thank you so much Custom Letterman, we are happy customers.

We got the beautiful letterman jacket but unfortunately my daughters name was spelt wrong. I spoke with someone from customer service and they said it was their mistake and they would be sending me another jacket. Since then I have not received any information about the new jacket. I really hope that it will be coming soon because she wants to wear it to an event in May. The jacket is beautiful and the customer service rep was so nice.
